- Utilize strong communication skills in working closely with customers by phone and email to extract important details
- Ensure resumes and cover letters pass the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years of experience in writing resumes and cover letters for clients across a wide range of industries
- Vast background in writing resumes for all levels of employment, from entry-level applicants to C-level executives
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and their ability to scan resumes
- Interpersonal and communication skills in conversing with clients
