Overview
As Company President, you are expected to provide a strong leadership through collaboration with the board and executives to build and implement effective plans, goals and objectives, and strategies. You need to lead every team and individuals to successfully meet their goals and ensure that company resources and budget are utilized and allocated appropriately.
Job Description:
- Oversee budget management, workforce, and overall evaluation of company success
- Assess company’s direction and performance in achieving the mission in collaboration with the board members and executives
- Ensures that goals are met in every company operation in accordance with corporate strategic plans
- Assess the perspective and reports of Vice President and/or directors and provide the final decision
- Maintains awareness and knowledge on the daily status of company finances
- Increase company’s profitability and success rate by updating and revising current plans
- Build and maintain relationships with the community and industry leaders and encourage investments
- Review and advise on contracts and identifies opportunities for alliances, mergers, partnerships, and investments
- Maintains strong knowledge on taxation and overall corporate finances and operations
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 8-10 years of broad industry experience handling various roles
- Solid financial and business operational knowledge and skills
- Excellent leadership and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Deep analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to motivate, find, and retain employees
