If within 60 days of delivery of your resume package you have not received any interviews, contact us by email at support@rpwmail.com or by phone at 1-800-845-0586 to let us know. We will then update your resume and deliver it to you within 3 business days. The guarantee lasts 60 days after the delivery of final resume via email. There are no other conditions or limitations to this guarantee, so please email or call us with any questions.

Once we have your payment and the completed questionnaire or a copy of your resume, it will only take one (1) to four (4) business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) for you to have your initial draft. After carefully reviewing it, please inform us if we can then prepare the final copy or if there is a need for revision. Let us also know if you wish to expedite the process and we will try to accommodate your request the best we can.

Most companies rely on the ATS for their screening process. Having that said, although we can use ATS to check whether or not the resumes we make pass the screening; we don’t depend on the ATS, and here’s why. There are several screening systems available online that differ in their ability to sort and manage candidates based on the keywords present on their resumes. So, for example, while some ATS can screen the term ‘employee recruiting’, others may prefer ‘employee recruitment’. Or an ATS might assign a higher grade when it sees the ‘project manager’ job title, and lower for the ‘project coordinator’—even if, say, both jobs have basically the same descriptions.

We work with clients around the world via telephone, email, and fax. These are the most practical and convenient ways to talk to your writer, so you will not have to spend a single cent only to meet us personally to discuss specifics. This also allows us to reach out to as many clients as possible, wherever they are. On the other hand, if you really want to talk to your writer prior to writing your resume draft, you can do so via request. This way, we can arrange a schedule that is convenient for both of you.

First, choose a resume package that will suit your needs. When you checkout, complete the order form with the necessary details. Once the order process is completed, you will receive emails that contain your official receipt and login details. Log into your dashboard and complete the required documents. Once completed, we will begin writing your resume. Wait for the confirmation email regarding the delivery schedule of the initial draft. Turnaround time varies from package to package. Once you’re satisfied, we’ll send the final copies of your resume, together with other inclusions, if there’s any. You may now start using your finalized resume.

When you login to your account after sign-up, you will be able to view your dashboard. From there, you will see the step one which will enable you to download the questionnaire that needs to be answered. You will also be requested to submit your old resume if available. Once we receive your information and find it complete, we will send you the delivery date of the initial draft.

You may take your time to complete the questionnaire and submit your old resume, but please keep in mind that there is expiration for each project depending on the package that you have availed. Once expired, you will be charged with a minimal reactivation fee if you wish to proceed with the project.
